A fully integrated system specially designed for high volume production. After products are automatically mixed and stirred, they are delivered to a hanging basket system after which they automatically enter an electronically controlled fermentation tank. After fermentation, they are automatically fried and coated with desired toppings. The fermentation tank, fryer, and coating machine are fully synchronized with the conveyor belt in an integrated operation to ensure the high quality of each donut.

The flow process consists of: Mixing-forming-hanging basket proofing-frying-cooling-filling/coating-freezing-packaging-metal detection-refrigeration.

This machine is used to produce yeast-raised donuts.donuts are automatically cut directly onto the proofing trays.the proofer are at a speed synchronized to the fryer,glazer and cooling conveyor,ensuring high quality of each donut.
