Automatic Croissant production line
Our croissant production line consists of independent, fully integrated machines for flattening, flour sweeping, product alignment, product separation, and shape formation, all of which can be connected to the baking, cooling, and packaging lines.
This system aligns the crisped bread strips, cuts them into triangles of uniform size through longitudinal and transverse cutting, and then feeds to a rolling system from the rotating table to complete the customized croissant.
